I don't usually go in high street eateries as I find them overpriced however I was willing to make an exception for what looked to be a traditional pie and mash shop unchanged since the 40s. To my delight the prices were reasonable and they had a meal deal on. If I'm in the area I will certainly return to try the other items on offer. I will recommend to my hip east-based peers as well. Thank you Robins Pie and Mash. Ps don't forget the "liquor"

Amazingly good value, lovely pie, mash, and liquor, great apple pie with smooth custard. They also do veggy pies. All the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Don't miss out on this little gem!

Simply some of the best pie and mash in London. No frills, wholesome, hearty, and everything you want and more from a pie and mash. You can’t go wrong with Robins. It’s my go-to every-time I’m in town, and something I look forward to upon my every visit. Cheap, cheerful, and always hits the spot!

Popped into their Chingford branch yesterday. The restaurant was super clean and the staff were very attentive. I had 2 pies and 1 mash plus liqour. The pastry on the pies was lovely, the meat filling was on point and in a rich gravey. Lovely liqour, nice and creamy. The mash was great but needed salt. That's just a personal thing for me as my family had no complaints about their mash.
