Bombetta London

We are regulars at it's sister restaurant Arte e pasta in Walthamstow so thought we would give this gem a try. The staff where very friendly from the moment we walked in the door. You must try the Bombetta a signature dish, but I must say not my favourite on the menu. The anti pasti was very good. The pasta dishes to follow where much better than it's sister restaurant. Sorry guys but Snaresbrook wins hands down. We had the whole chicken between 6 of us and it was actually to much with what we had ordered before hand. But guess what. We still made room for dessert. The Affogato with Amereto was my favourite but my friends all love the and rave on about the Tiramisu. As always a great selection of wines. We settled for several carafes of the red Asti which is reasonably priced for a litre carafe. All in all a very enjoyable evening. Keep up the good work all... Walthamstow be warned, you need to up your game a bit 🤣

Wonderful evening at Bombetta. Ben and his team make everyone so welcome and they genuinely want you to enjoy your dining experience. Great menu with emphasis on good produce, well executed by the kitchen and simply delicious. A relaxed, 'grazing' style dinner and every mouthful wonderful. Great value to boot and small but carefully chosen wine list will not disappoint. Thanks Guys for a lovely evening!

This tiny neighbourhood restaurant boasts a homely feel. It’s location is perfectly ideal. The food was their greatest asset after my partner and I indulged ourselves in a magnificent Saturday date night dinner. The waiters rotated consistently ensuring we we taken care of. The win was magnificent. It was a treat and we will certainly be returning.

I came here yesterday with my family as they are visiting us from home and we decided to go to this Italian restaurant for first time. Even though I'm local I never actually came here before and I must say that I was surprised to see how nice it's inside, how friendly the staff was and how well thought the dishes are. Food menu is very elaborated and you got many choices to choose from. We ordered around 5-6 dishes to share them all. In general, all of them were very nice and tasty, specially the tuna tartare, spicy bombetta pork, burrata, and the chicory! However, sadly not all of us enjoyed the risotto that much and we found it a bit flavourless. Staff was very friendly at all the time! They did their best to accommodate us and we're very patience with our little one. Bear in mind that it's quite expensive for wanstead standards. I'll definitely go back for a drink and nibbles, next time with no kids though so we can enjoy some drinks.

We came for my Boyfriend’s Birthday - he felt like he was in Italy! The team are so extremely welcoming, the perfect Italian hosts. The menu is vast, covering vegetarian options, meat and fish. Everything was absolutely delicious. Generous portions - we have leftovers! We will definitely be returning, and also visiting their other two restaurants in the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great quality ingredients make this menu. The friendly, sincere service got it to 5 🌟 Enough selection to have your favourites and still have things to try next time. Relaxed, fun, vibrant atmosphere in an unexpected location (close to home, which couldn't be better!) The bombetta was the 💣 💥 🎯. Duck breast with puy lentils cooked perfectly pink. I don't eat fish but when it arrived, I even tasted the sea bass which was filleted on request and delicious. The truffle and porcini fresh pasta (the chef brought us this as a compliment) was quite simple but delicious! I could have eaten the whole lot to myself. The steak in barolo needed a little extra seasoning to my taste, but good quality. The barratta could have been a little more generous as we were sharing, but again, we liked it. The choice of wine was good and really enjoyed the one we had from Puglia. Not the cheapest of local Italians but the care from the kitchen and quality of individual ingredients was 💯 and the service brought it up to 5 🌟 Thanks Team @bombettalondon👌🏽✔️🇮🇹🎯

What a lovely experience. Best restaurant in Wanstead/Snaresbrook and we’ve tried them all. Can’t wait to go back. We will be taking our extended family this summer. The staff were so attentive with us and our baby. The food was amazing. We got a starter, middle course pasta, Bombetta and dessert because the food was so tasty. Definitely recommend.
