We came in on a very busy Saturday. Greeted and served by two of the loveliest and bubbly waitresses.
The food we had was excellent, all topped off with first class service.
Obviously a popular cafe due to the amount of customers.

The halloumi avocado brunch is to die for. Perfect poached eggs too.

Sad to say I had never been in here before. But I certainly will now. Excellent quality of food, lovely and clean , very friendly staff. Great customer service from the owner who told me they had been here nearly 11 years !
Easy to see why it was so busy.
Keep up the good work ladies.

Came across this place in Wantage and so glad we did. Upon walking in very clean and inviting decor, staff friendly and range of food on the menu was good. When food came it was presented well, very fresh and good quality. Will be going back again

Still 5 stars for the Bay Tree! Super service and lovely food. Can recommend the Lemon cream tea and also the decaf cuppa tea too 👍 Lovely relaxing tea room.

I live minutes from here and I'm upgrading my review of 4* two years ago to 5* now. Service is great, friendly and the food faultless. Super local tea room! 😊

This is more tea room than greasy spoon, but an excellent alternative to Costa.

On the advice of a local we tried here today.
Welcome was friendly and genuine. We managed to find a table as it's was lunch time and busy.
Loads to choose from but in the end we had coffee and a wrap, all was delicious and we will be back.
The only bit of advice I would give is don't go in starving as I did ans there is too many tempting options.
