Today we were travelling home and came here for a well needed, but last minute roast. The manager who greeted us was welcoming and accommodated our table of 6. All waiting staff were pleasant and helpful. The star of the show was Josh (I believe) the gent carving and serving the meat. He was the chirpy, breathe of fresh air needed. Food was lovely and this was a high quality experience.

On entering the lad who was on the till and who worked behind the bar was lovely and so friendly on arrival and showed us to our table. The food was lovely and hot and again friendly staff who made sure we was okay so for that reason we would definitely choose to eat here again.

Visited 3 days running when staying at Premier next door. We had a breakfast which was good except fried eggs need attention (swimming in oil), we enjoyed everything else. We had carvery last night which lovely. The staff were very friendly especially James who couldn't do enough for us, very helpful.

Chef gave decent amount of meat, wasn't see through thin like most places. Waitress that served was brilliant. My son wanted to pay for his own on his phone but it died. She went above and beyond charged it for him, even though I just paid with mine. Wish I'd have got her name because she provided a lovely service the whole time we were there and it was obvious to see she was carrying other team members, but she did it with a smile on her face (despite the heat)

Booked last minute as on way home from a weekend away at a wedding. Have to say glad we did as James our server couldn’t do enough for us. Very friendly easy going chatting to my disabled daughter. Food was hot and of course being a carvery plentiful 🤤. Shame we don’t live nearer as would definitely visit again. ❤️

We went at 11 45 the food was really nice people nice and friendly!! Just gutted we couldn't have an afters staff was off sick!! Everywhere we go we try the puddings!!

Excellent food, staff really pleasant. Chef on the carvery counter was really cheerful. Cannot fault, will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Warm welcome from staff, food was good, had to wait a short time in queue for food ( not staffs fault, it was a peak time so understandable) when finished got a good deal through the Toby Carvery app thanks to waitress who appeared to know her job well. Wish all Toby Carverys were as well run as this one appears to be. Recomend booking which can be done easily through the app.

Me and my partner visited about a week ago. We had a lovely time, there were so many vegetarian options and the guy serving behind the deck, I think his name was James was a really lovely guy so helpful and polite. Top guy !!!! Thank you so much, we will definitely be back :))))
