The Diner

I think this restaurant should provide more parking space as they are always full house. The QR scan Menu is confusing, did not match with the book menu too. Food is tasty but really if compare with the food in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, this is about 3.5 to 4 star. Had a good dining experience last night except a table of few young girls laughing away all night so loud that was quite annoying, other then that, was quite pleasant.

On Friday 12th May my partner took me to Taste of Thai for dinner. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Sandy, M, Boy and Po. Good job. We ordered the Curry puffs, Massaman beef curry with Coconut rice, Laksa Seafood Noodle Soup, Lychee rose and soda and Thai Iced Milk Tea. The shop was busy and loud as well. The food was okay. I loved my Thai Iced Milk tea, but the Lychee Rose Soda was too sweet. Massaman Curry was good, but there was too much soup. I felt disappointed in my Laksa Seafood Soup because it tasted bland. Some of the seafood wasn’t cut up properly. It wouldn’t deter me from coming back again though. They take the time to look after their customers as well. Thank you for having us. Very busy restaurant with waiting times of 15 minutes on a Thursday evening. The food is good and it's the main thing here. The service is average - our curries were brought to the table without rice and we have to ask for the rice twice. And yes, it was ordered at the beginning... Also, maybe should be more clear that there's no alcohol consumption here. It's nice to have a beer when dinning with friends sometimes!

A very pleasant time with my family. Not my first time here. Quality of food was exceptional and well priced for the experience. Highly recommend the soups and sizzling plates, very fresh ingredients. Also my son had a ball with the robot waiters which was also a fun interactive experience for the family.
