Buffalo Wild Wings

For the amount of money I spent, I expected better quality food and service. Let alone get the order right. I asked for extra sauce on my wings and sauce on the side. Well, I got no sauce on the side and I can barely taste the flavor I got. I also asked for all flats, no all flats and they labeled it flats. Overall very terrible experience.

The first time I got takeout from here I waited almost an hour and same thing today I thought I’d give them another chance and see how the service is for takeout and once again my food was supposed to be done as it stated on the email I received over an hour ago and I’m still here waiting. Not to mention they are dirty and don’t be cleaning the surroundings where the pick up station is.

This location has gone drastically downhill by hiring teenage girls who could careless about their job. I called to place my order and was told they can’t take over the phone orders (even though I’ve done this dozens of times) because they prioritize Uber eats, door dash, and the BWW app before over the phone orders and wouldn’t get to mine for an hour or two. So I place my order on the app hoping they wouldn’t mess up my order. Of course I get home and not only are all my wings naked, the fried pickles they served me were beyond disgusting. It was a dry pile of breading and burnt pickles. I called the manager Selena and explained the situation. She agreed to remake my pickles that I had to drive all the way back to pick up. When I arrived I asked to speak with Selena directly so I can show her what her employees are serving customers. The server went to get her and she refused to come out. I asked twice for a manager and they said Selena would be right out. She stayed in the back even after the new batch of pickles came out. I hope if you go here you don’t have an issue and want to speak with a manager because I’m sure she’ll just hide until you decide to leave after waiting on her so long.

We got there we were standing waiting to be seated for a while, the place was about 35% full so it was a lot of empty tables to be seated. Until someone came and told me that was a 45 minutes wait to be seated because they were back up at the kitchen, so I ask if we could wait at the table and they told me no. I ask to speak to the manager and nobody came to speak to me. And I ended up leaving. To many young kid that don't care working there.

For the outrageous prices I am paying I was down right disappointed with how average the wings are and how stingy they were with their sauces !! As a long time BWW fan I will not be coming back as any other wing establishment would have offered better wings for a more reasonable price. Only upside was our server was great. Also they wouldn’t show American Ninja Warrior on any of the TV’s and instead showed the NBA playoff game. Ridiculous!!
