Waited 20mims for food.. fries came cold (again) cheese burger smothered in tomato sause no onions. Had both remade.. remade burger I received came hot but where are the ingredients paid for? Again! Best McDonald's in somerset is slipping

Nice McDonald's here. Kept spotless during the day (not so good at night due to low staff I guess). Even the manager comes to you to see if everything is ok! Nice touch and welcome.
Consistently give the wrong order/food on drive through. Numerous times I've been given either someone else's food entirely, or my own order with things incorrect, ie: salt on fries when asked for none. Didn't used to be a problem here, so whether management have changed etc. Shame really.
