My only slight negative is that the eating area needs some ventilation, with the heat from the kitchen and if the sun shines in it gets uncomfortably warm..

Proper home made chips, delicious, and my panini was the best I have ever had. The full breakfast is absolutely gorgeous. Well worth a visit.
