Dunkin'

I’ve ordered breakfast via the app four days in a row while on vacation. Each time the coffee is ready and each time the donuts (of all things; the easiest) are not. So I stand around for 5 minutes trying to get someone’s attention with all the nearby employees pretending not to see me standing there with receipt in hand looking for help. And I mean standing where they cannot place more to-go items on their table without having to pass me. I smile and politely say “excuse me…..”. About the third time, I get assistance. I get being busy. I get having an off day, but four off days in a row….? Time to try the family -owned donut shop down the road…..it’s even outdoors.

I don't even drink dunks but I was stopping for a friend.. went 20 minutes out of my way because it said open til 2 and I got there 4 minutes before two and drive through had cones in front of it and the lobby was very much closed as well. Please don't advertise that you're open until 2. Maybe put " we close at 2 but sometimes we close early when we feel like it" ; )
