Best ice cream and a price you can’t beat. I have a place in Wells and always stop by whenever I get a chance. Every other place in Wells is outrageous. Skins has 20+ soft serve flavors and is down to earth.

Chairs, tables, and counters were very dirty. Staff was actively eating ice cream and very very slow to help customers, if at all. Ice cream was mediocre, cones super stale.
