Excellent store with best value meat and the broadest range of grocery items - just need to watch the 50p and £1 being added to pricing beyond the standard shopping basket. Some decent wines across all price points, Lidl better value for soft fruit. Tesco competitive for clubcard holders.

Always a pleasure to nip into Wells Waitrose. The store is always presentable and the partners are friendly and professional. Noticed today how appealing own brands stand out from the competition. The photography of the food on the package with a cut away showing the product inside is so life like especially pizzas. My only gripe are the self checkouts, I'm sure they have been through every possible time and motion test but ...there is not enough room on the bagging side !! I feel very claustrophobic and rushed by the till voice when trying to pack.

Reasonable sized Waitrose in Wells. Large enough to have a good selection of most products.
There is a large car park with options for short stay (up to 2 hours) on the ground floor and longer on the upper floor.
Parking is refunded if you spend enough in Waitrose.

Nice clean shop. they have a longer stay carpark if needed to look around wells a little too. I do often need the loo ( medical reasons) and the toilets can be a bit of a nightmare. always queus.

Waitrose in Wells is always a pleasure to shop in. The gentleman on the till, Ian, was particularly helpful as I had quite a large shop and he packed my bags as I unloaded my trolley. I bought far more than I intended to of course: too many lovely goodies to choose from!

Very clean store. Plenty of Parking with blue badge spaces.
The cafe is exceptionally good. Great customer service and very good coffee. We especially enjoyed the almond croissant.
As usual the prices are higher than the budget stores, but you get what you pay for.
