Swell sited establishment on the A41 very close to the m5 and West Bromwich Albions football ground-- famous for their sausage rolls and bakes and cakes-- it makes a good stopping place to sample the food --the carpark is big the entrance is wide and disability friendly --the place is well run and clean tidy --the staff are very courteous and friendly and serve quickly a credit to the establishment --so if travelling north and south on the ,M5-it will be advisable to take a rest and sample what's on sale there's tables inside and out a very good set up if your going or leaving the Birmingham area via this motorway👍

First timer at this Greggs..nice staff and fast morning service, clean eating area and hot food is ACTUALLY hot! ♨️
Every other Greggs I've been to in Birmingham either has filthy tables or the hot food is basically lukewarm and needs to be reheated! There's even one Greg's I saw flies buzzing around the tables and other eating customers were oblivious apparently 🤢
The only negatives really is that even though I only needed to wash my hands and face in the toilet it was rather grisly in there!. Also self service station could do with some salt and pepper satchets!

lots of parking easy access, seating area inside and outside.
Staff are very welcoming and always provide excellent customer service.
The only thing I don't like is receiving a cold or luke warm pasty and paying the same price as one that has just come out of the oven..... a solution is required please.

The only reason I dropped a star is because there is always a queue. It's popular for a good reason though.

Good service as usually,but one complaint, buy two umums in a box get one credit,but if you try to redeem as one credit you can't as they don't sell them single anymore so box of 2 don't count as a single credit to redeem you have to have a single cake,but no good if you only want a umum.
