Dirty, horrible food. Barely any choice, dirty floor and tables, no one is seen …
Haven’t been to this store for 2 years . They changed a lot of! Modern design with order machine at entrance . Green tea latte is new product however didn’t expect no sweet at all and too much ice . (Compare to Starbucks is way far from standard ) . Wrap and all day breakfast both hot and great taste though .
Convenient for a sit down and a coffee during a big shop. Nothing spectacular other than that. Staff seem friendly enough. Coffee is priced similar to big chains, didn't try the food so can't comment on that. Would come back here regularly purely out of convenience.

staff took forever and didn’t get my food when we was here longer then everyone else and they all got there food before us (been waiting about 45 mins)
rude staff a lady called emily repeatedly asked for tissues and got no response when she gave them she gave dirty looks and slammed the tissues on the counter she also did with the spoons very rude attitude im not using thay cafe ever again .
