If you like good coffee and aren't put off with the location, this is a good refresh stop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's just a pity the town centre is not looking it's best.

Never had a poor service here. Particularly impressed with the level of detail from the trainee barrista.
Also very noteworthy is how wonderful they treat dogs here. We had just sat down outside and the staff member came along with a dog bowl filled with fresh water for the dog. I did even have chance to ask for one either. Lovely to see thoughtfulness for animals too, shows the quality of the values within the establishment, I feel.

Quick service, and they are (almost) always nice and friendly...except for the last time I went there, when this lady made a mistake in my order and "accuse" me for that when I asked her to fix it...her attitude was really poor and she looked like she doesn't want to be there.

Perfect coffee. Extremely friendly staff. I love going there. Genuine conversation and attention to detail. Very clean and perfect smoking seating to enjoy the characters of WSM.
