Very enjoyable meal with friends. Excellent food and warm, friendly service. Would have given 5 stars but sadly let down by the time taken to serve meals (almost 45 mins after placing order).

We've booked a table before arrival. The waitress decided to assign a table at the door entrance for us as said can't assign us to other table due to fully booked. We had no choice although there's plenty of empty tables eventhough when we leave still many tables have not been occupied yet.
We sat by the entrance, people walked in and out, went to toilet passing us table, dog drinking water bowl was at our feet. It was not great experience as we don't have a chance to enjoy the environment during having our Sunday lunch.

Been here on holiday for 2 weeks and had two meals there one of which was the Sunday carvery which was easily the best I have ever had (and believe me I’ve tried a few).
We booked while there for later in the week had three courses and was actually better in particular the Monkfish was amazing.
If your in Weymouth and near Hope square do not walk passed trust me it’s worth it!!!

Nice restaurant. Food was well cooked and good portion size. Staff friendly and attentive. Prompt service. Reasonably priced. We had the Sunday carvery. I was very disappointed that there was no poultry option, only red meat. I had the vegetarian option a mushroom Wellington, and it was delicious.

Myself and my Wife dropped in on the off chance that we could find a table. We were greeted, then seated by friendly staff. The food was absolutely delicious and all came out hot, well presented and in a timely manor. The weighting staff were friendly and attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit from start to finnish.

Fantastic meal again, already booked for Christmas , can't fault the place and staff. Left very full and happy, also dog friendly which is great for us. We don't dine out often but this is now our only go to place.
