the food is very good I love the soup ,always plenty to choose from, staff are very helpful and friendly ,love doing my shopping and calling in for a cup of tea ,well worth a visit .
Super king fry was awesome. And I know a thing or two about good cooked brekkies, being from Yorkshire.
This place came highly recommended after the gobbins walk. Service with a smile, really friendly, happy staff. Love the decor/ outside sitting area. Absolutely beautiful. Suitable for vegans too. I had the most delicious vegan sausage roll and coffee. Can’t wait to return.
Great food and service. We had seafood chowder, tomato and basil soup and a sausage roll - all of which were delicious. The tea, coffee and tray bake were also very good.
The building in the past had been a tea room, butcher and an undertakers!

I had lovely cafetiere of coffee and a scone. Outside seating but decor and atmosphere of place inside too very special. I'll return for something more substantial in future. Staff really friendly whether order big or small.

brilliant food, found out about this coffee shop via a search on Google,had a breakfast 2 days running and everything was cooked perfect,had a coffee as well and it was very good, the price paid was not expensive considering how good it was,saw some cakes in the cabinet, so decided to purchase a few different ones for our day out later and wasn't disappointed, well worth the visit if in the area
Food was delicious, and easily the best place for brunch for miles in my opinion. Kids food, and a few other minor things, weren't great though. Would still recommend it for brunch/lunch or just a coffee.
I would like to thank Kings Road for catering for my retirement lunch yesterday . The staff were very friendly and helpful and catered for our every need especially when more people turned up than was suppose to nothing was to much for them it was very much appreciated .The food was excellent and came out in a very timely manor everybody was very pleased with what they got . And will all be back for lunch again couldn’t recommend this place for lunch enough

This was our first visit. We sat outside with our dog. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was beyond our expectation. The sourdough cheese sandwich was delicious.
