Went for a carvery today. Staff were all very friendly, the food was lovely, tasted like proper home cooked food. The apple crumble and custard was devine. Then sat outside in the beer garden. Great area for kids and adults. Lovely place, recommended.

A lovely warm welcome as we arrived. The place was well managed for the current situation and felt comfortable and safe. We were served quickly and I had messaged in advance to see if they could cater for my dietary requirements, as I'm unable to eat gluten or dairy. The manager spoke to me at my table to advise what was suitable for me. Beautiful food, freshly cooked and well presented. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Food served Wednesday to Sunday, and I will definitely be back. Also easy access for wheelchairs etc.

I recently visited The Bucks Head in Abram and had a great experience. The food was lovely, and I especially enjoyed the steak pie. The seating area was quiet during my visit on a Friday tea time, which created a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I had a great time at The Bucks Head, and I am looking forward to returning in the future.

Wanted to try this friendly looking pub. Turned up without a reservation ( not a good idea ) but they was very pleased to fit us in. Beautiful carvery. Definitely coming again.
