Amy was our server and she was absolutely lovely. Unfortunately there was no cake today. Which I recommend to anyone who goes 🎂

Lovely food, Sharon greeted us on the way in and was very friendly and pleasant, made us feel very welcome even though we hadn't booked a table. It was nice of her to check in with us, to make sure everything was OK. She is a credit to primrose farm and we will definitely be returning

Went here today and arrived earlier than the carvery opening time.
The lovely lady behind the bar explained the carvery opening time and was really helpful in telling me all about the free Halloween event there. She was absolutely lovely and a pleasure to chat to.
The chef was lovely and made little jokes. He totally understood my request of no visable fat on the meat (i do slimming world) and he was really complementary! Well done chef on your own weight loss journey, that's impressive!!!!
Food was outstanding, and was so stuck for choice i ended up have a little bit of everything. It was all really tasty!
They were even happy to provide me with a takeaway box to take what i couldn't manage to eat home with me.
The man serving the ice cream at the end was also really lovely, kind and very professional.
My family and i will certainly be returning.
My one and only criticism that let's the place down, the children's area is poor and lacking play equipment. It was clean which is a good thing, but needed more toys/ things to play with and things to entertain the kids.
Overall, was a good experience!

We arrived as a group of four, all orders placed at the same time at three minutes past seven, two of the orders came within ten minutes and the other two 43 minutes later after they were long finished eating.
After speaking to the manager about it they arranged some free cake to apologise for the delay which was a good gesture.
The food overall was very nice, the farmhouse burger was 5/5. Overall experience although with the wait lowered my rating from what would be a perfect score.

Just wanted to say what a great service here. Sharon the lady who checked on us was so friendly and chatty. Even coming back later to make sure we were okay after our meal and if there was anything she could do to help. Lovely manners and lovely lady. Food was great and a very good price. 👍

Excellent food and really good value for money. Outstanding customer service. Sharon welcomed us as soon as we entered and welcomed us with a lovely smile and we could already tell how positive she was. The food was delicious and drinks were fabulous. Lots of choice on the menu and good price. Friendly staff and good child friendly place. Lots of room on the car park. Lots of seats. Sharon was fantastic! Came for Sunday carvery which was just been served. It was amazing! Fresh, hot and tasty.
