Visited here on December 29 th... with a good friend who lives in Brighton.ordered at the same time for the same table .. Server brought my friends food and I waited over 20 minutes for my meal ..not acceptable and no apologies …
Stayed for a night in hotel with my girlfriend. Great value for money. Free parking. Reception service was excellent. Food hot and tasty, quick service, staff friendly. Free tea and coffee in pub downstairs. Only issue was a false fire alarm going off 4 times during the night.
We have stayed here a few times, the staff are always very helpful and friendly. The bedrooms are always clean, the food is fantastic value. This time a member of staff went above and beyond to help us, her name is Elisha. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.
I am appalled at the behaviour of some staff in this establishment. I used to come here everyday for the last 3 years, never had a bad moment with any staff… until tonight. I have come in for a couple drinks with friends to wind down after …
The four bed family room was fantastic. The room was very clean, really spacious and amazing value. This is the best family room that we’ve ever stayed in. Plus the Wetherspoons breakfast 👌 …
Very friendly staff, especially Andrew and Elisa who went out of their way to help us .
