In a world of ever diminishing customer service and poor quality food, this McDonald’s retains a high standard for both.
Not like Stone Cross McDonalds where they pretend their tills are down all the time.

Revamp has updated the restaurant but the pickup situation needs to be looked at again although table service is a good idea

Very friendly staff and I also tip my hat to the shift manager from that night. And I say that because we placed a very large order and we thought that one or two items were missing, but she had patience with us and brought the receipt and showed us that everything was there. It was our own fault for mixing up the menus. But she understood as well that we didn't have any bad intentions, so both parties left happy. Thank you for keeping things so professional!

Very quiet when we stopped for breakfast, loads of free parking on site. Food arrived very quickly and was lovely. There is also a Sainsbury, B&M and Food Warehouse on the same site. Not far from the M6 junction.

I love MC D. They provide the best service Ever.
I am a fan of their Iced Caramel Frappe.
I order it every single time. It's my go to drink.

What a transformation since the last time I ordered at this McDonald's extremely clean and tidy inside and out. Very different to my previous visits. The drive thru was busy, so we decided to dine in. The staff were very polite and friendy and my food order arrived within minutes, it was warm and the coffee tasted great 😋 A pleasant atmosphere and I even struggled to get my niece home afterwards, she was fascinated with watching the McDonalds guy through the window painting a fence. We will be returning 👍🏻

As a HGV driver, these people go straight into number one spot !
Served me in my truck when others wouldn't even let you on the car park.
Piping hot and fresh too.
Fantastic !
Thank you !
