What a find! Struggling to find an open pub in a 10 mile radius around Newton Stuart we happened on this place and stumbled in on their opening night. Couldn't have asked for more. * Amazing service * Excellent beer (and non-alcoholic varieties) * Interesting well balance menu * Delicious food If you are visiting the area and looking for a good meal out - look no further! If you are a local - I'm jealous, support this fantastic establishment!

Fab meal and local ales which is always a massive plus. The new management is doing a super job of bringing good restaurant grub, and a fantastic pub atmosphere, back to Wigtown.
