We went 45 minutes before closing time and ordered soups which were good as usual, but the quality of the pizza was not up to Panera's standards. In addition, when there were 10 minutes left before closing and the juice dispensers were emptied, so a refill was not possible.

Okay usually my food from this specific location is delicious and it's up to par. Today I decide to get me a soup and a salad. So I'm sitting here looking at this chicken caesar salad it's looking like chewed up chicken salad...what did I do to y'all!?

I ordered a takeout. I tried very few dishes from here, so far liked whatever I tried. This one was also mild and delicious. Slightly crunchy bread with a really nice and delicate chicken filling. I enjoyed the meal. Will try more dishes and update you soon😍 Hope you guys enjoy too😉 Chipotle chicken avocado melt + chips : $9.99

There are several operational and customer service issues at this location: 1. In-Store pickup is rarely available on time, irrespective of the time of the day that you pick up the food. Even in non-peak hours, the food is frequently delayed. I often get the "Your order is taking longer than expected" emails. And I only ever order one meal, so it's not like I'm ordering several meals. 2. It's common for the status screen to show that your food is ready, except you don't get the corresponding email confirmation or text message. And the food isn't actually ready. Or you get the text/email but your food isn't on the shelf. So you see that your food is apparently ready, yet you still have to wait several minutes or longer to actually get your food. The status screen is not synced with the actual activities happening behind the counter. I observed a customer this evening who went to the counter and told an employee that she had been waiting 15 minutes for her order that was allegedly ready. 3. You often see your food being prepared and then you see it boxed up or in the bag, ready to go. But then the employees just leave it behind the counter. They don't place it on the counter or on the pickup shelf. So you frequently have to ask for them to hand you your order. If you don't speak up, the employees will go on about their business for a while before they finally put your meal on the shelf. And by then, it's cold. 4. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbread Pizza this evening. I got the email that it was taking longer than expected. I noticed that the employee preparing it was taking her good ol' sweet time. When I got back to my office to eat the flatbread, I noticed that the cheese was runny and there were far too many tomatoes. The box was taped shut, otherwise I would've opened it at the restaurant before leaving. They didn't cook the flatbread long enough and/or at the right temperature. So I waited all that time for the food and it still wasn't cooked properly. I've learned my lesson. I won't be ordering from this location as much in the future. I've ordered food from this location a few times a week because the location is convenient and the food is usually decent. But I've been disappointed with the results for a while, including this evening. I don't know what the solution is: Hire more staff, pay the existing staff more, etc. All I know is that we can't blame Covid anymore for operational deficiencies. At this point, this Panera location just doesn't seem to care about its quality. While the employees may be working hard, it doesn't appear that way. Things seem in disarray and the customers suffer as a result.

This just happened tonight. Placed a pick order online. When we got to the restaurant there were only a couple customers (i.e., they were not busy) and the order was ready. We picked it up and went home, only to find we got four out of eleven items ordered. In another word, two thirds of the order was not filled! Tried to call them right away and no one picked up the phone - for several times. Eventually had to call the credit card company to block the payment. What kind of place is this?!

Food is coming out way to slow. You can tell the employees are overworked and angry. I hate when 10 plus people are waiting for food and they throw it on a shelf behind the register and run away. They had one person running the front of the store and that person was way to busy handling complaints and taking walk in orders, to hand the driver's the food. They need a whole new system on communication and getting the driver's their food. I was there for quite a while today and it was very busy but they needed some more help and I could tell it was very unorganized.

Ordered via kiosk for dine in. Picked up food and drink was missing. Showed cashier my digital receipt 3 times. Was told they will call us when ready. Nothing. Half way through our meal, I went and asked for a manager who proceeds to say the drink I ordered was self served. Meaning the 3 people who kept looking at my phone at the drink I said was missing, said nothing. 🙄 I asked for names at this point and of course the one who initially I showed my receipt too, proceeded to say I didn't show her it. Location is everything.

Came to this Panera with my family (including my 90 year old grandmother). While in the parking lot trying to park one of the employees started yelling and cursing tell us to move out of her way. We then got to watch her go into her job (probably late). Couldn’t get her name but it started with a W and her hair was purple and blonde or whatever you want to call it. Either way it was not a pleasant experience and not appropriate while my grandmother had to sit there and listen to her curse at us.
