From start to finish, everything was five-star. As we came here due to Hotel Chocolat beforehand giving us terrible service, we decided to come to Gail‘s instead, and I wish I had just come here first. …
Hi came into Gail’s Wilmslow today and was served coffee by lovely guy Tino who I have seen in there several times. He is such a lovely lad, always very pleasant and helpful. He always goes out of his way. Valuable Team Member.
The food and savoury here is very good. Of course you're paying a slight premium because of the location and quality. However the coffee is fairly average, so I'd recommend more so the food.
I visit Gail's on a regular basis and cannot thank the staff enough, they always go above and beyond and ensure we have the best coffee. The food is also delicious! We highly recommend Wilmslow Gails to all of our family and friends, the best coffee around!
this is meant to be a dog friendly place. Dogs will bark when they meet. It’s rude and unacceptable to ask a customer to leave in the middle of her paid meal to leave because the dogs are meeting and barking. Not sure if he was the manager but they need to have better trained staff with more emotional intelligence.
My favourite place to grab a cup of coffee. I always feel welcome and comfortable here. The staff is very friendly, even when they are really busy.
