Went here for Mother's day. Food was incredible!! The staff are really friendly and the décor is amazing. Everything about the experience is enjoyable, right down to the names of the food and drinks and even the décor in the bathroom :) Gave all of us a giggle.
Would really recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
Made a special trip to Winchester to try Piecaramba after hearing so much about it - was well worth the journey and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. We tried the Holy Cow and Blue Steel and both were probably the best pies we have had. Lovely friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Give it a try.
Advise you book if you want to eat is this awesomely nostalgic pie shop. We were very lucky and got slotted in but every table was reserved and I can see why.
The decor is a geeks wet dream. Being a massive comic and movie geek it was amazing to see retro movie posters covering the ceiling, murals on the walls and toys galore.
Some of the big tables even had retro home gaming consoles hooked up to a screen for dinners to play.
Every single pie is gluten free which is an absolute blessing! Normally I have a very restricted menu but not this time.
You pick you pie which all have cool sounding names, everything from Blue Steel to Mac to the Future, your mash style with options like cheesy mash, mustard mash (there is a regular option don't worry), between beens and mushy peas and then a gravy or liquor suace.
Everything was so good but the mushy peas were some of the best in a pie shop I have EVER tasted and that's saying something after living in East London for over 10 years!
I would love to have got more pics of the decor but it was packed full of dinners.
Wonderful place with comic book decor! Be sure to book though - and ask for a table equipped with 16bit old school video games 😁 Alternatively there is a basket of top trumps card games.
Oh yes, not only are the pies excellent, most are gluten free 👌
Booked a table last minute for a late Sunday lunch. Retro games and decor was really fun, the food was simple but really good and the service was excellent (forgot to ask server her name but she has dark hair and a killer accent). Alcoholic slushies were nice but definitely not for those who don't have a sweet tooth.
Piecarmba is a pie lover's paradise! The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a captivating atmosphere that immerses you in a world of movie nostalgia. The shop is filled with movie memorabilia, adorned with posters and props, its cool to recognise all the references and jokes. And old-timey games defo adds to the overall experience.
The food is good and the staff is nice, but the restaurant itself for its decor is worth the visit

Excellent gluten free pie! Lovely meal. Even took two pies home as I couldn't choose one filling. Great service and very fun decor.
Pies there are, like them I do !
Great little gaming , Star Wars and all things cool themed restaurant in the back streets of Winchester. Great selection of pies which have super choice and quality fillings. Mine had a side of mash and beans so what is not to like 💀 make sure you visit the Star Wars toilet 👽
Piecaramba is such a lovely, friendly and quirky place, perfect for a birthday pie! They were very accommodating of my dietary requirements and had a great selection of gluten free pies. Rebecca our lovely waitress decorated our table and came out with a candle in my pie. I will be craving pie for weeks to come. Thanks again!!!
Don't be put off about the decor! Staff here are amazing, and the food is definitely the best pie I have ever eaten.
Visited today with with my husband and 4yr old for lunch. Had a warm welcome when we arrived and was explained how the menu worked.
The restaurant was small but wasn't busy when we arrived shortly after they opened at around 12.15pm Monday.
The waiter explained my son could play with all the toys in the window and action figures. He didn't peep over lunch and was very busy playing! We had a couple of games of Mario Kart which was fab too.
Food arrived quickly and hot, nice pies, mash and gravy.
All in all a great lunch. £12 for a meal which was prices right.
Make sure you use the toilet as its an experience!
