The staff were all SO lovely and SO welcoming. So many delicious cakes to choose from, decided on the cookie s’more slice on the recommendation of the staff member and omg it did not disappoint - it was gorgeous! Such a stunning location and gorgeous cafe. Even the Earl Grey tea was delicious! 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

From the staff to the food, my experience here was lovely. I had a sausage bap and a huge coffee which were delicious. The highlight though was the staff. I can't imagine running up and down those stairs all day, let alone being friendly while doing it. But when my food was delivered it was done with a smile and he made sure I had everything needed to enjoy my meal. I would come back for the great service alone.

Saturday, ~2.30pm - wonderful service, went out of their way to go and get some mustard to accompany my sausage roll. Didn’t need to be so kind but are anyway. Hats off to you.

Great dirty chai latte. First cafe ever to ask if I wanted cinnamon on top. I don’t. And ‘just as good as I can get back home in Oz’!

I asked if there were preservatives in the sourdough bread. I was shown on an iPad the list of ingredients and no preservatives or additives.

What a delightful experince. I was visiting form Dubai. The pastries are magical and the coffee was lovely. With Dean Dyson singing outside. Couldn't have been better

Popped in here on the way to Southampton for a drink and some lunch. We had an amazing sausage role with Stokes brown sauce with an awesome latte.
