I know I will be dreaming about this brunch. We had the cornbread which was packed with flavours and textures that all went so well together. We also had the banana bread which was moist and came with an espresso chocolate cream. For drinks we had the dulce de latte and oat latter which were delicious. Bit of a wait but so worth it!

I think this might be the best brunch I’ve ever had. Amazing flavors, the avocado specifically was so well seasoned. Perfect stop for a girls trip in the Lake District! Car park very close by and we waited for about 15 minutes before being seated on a Friday around 11:30am. Definitely recommend!

Excellent food / atmosphere / service !! Had a great breakfast in the early morning. It was a rainy day and the wood burner was lit warming up heads and hearts. Would go again! Also, super nice hashbrowns.

Simply Amazing. Worth the wait. This place always has a long queue of people waiting to be seated. Now we know why!!! Amazing food served differently We had French toast, Aubergine roast, Hashbrowns and Macchiato. Everything was truly amazing. Well served. Highly recommended

My husband and I were on the hunt for a delicious brunch spot while we were visiting Windermere. After reading the reviews and smelling the delicious aroma of good coffee as we read the menu outside we thought that we would try Homegrown Coffee + Kitchen. I am vegetarian and he is vegan and we both found brunch options which we were happy with. I had avo toast with a side order of poached eggs and he had the aubergine dish with a side of hash browns. They were absolutely delicious and presented so beautifully! Generous portion sizes and the hash browns were SO good. The coffee was also yummy and well presented. 10/10 definitely recommend trying it for yourself :)

Noticed people queuing to get a table yesterday, so came to try today and was not shocked as to why it gets busy here!! Food was full of flavour and unfaultable. Lots of interesting food on the menu that can make deciding what to get a little but hard, but no matter what you get, it's going to taste beautiful. I got the dippy eggs, and although a bit messy, it's reached top of my list for breakfasts I've had. Family all decided on the corn bread and was not disappointed. A lot of thought seems to have gone into the food and the presentation. A lot of vegatarian options and vegan options available too.

Easily one of the best breakfasts we’ve had as a family. Really interesting menu but with plenty of options for kids as well, the coffee was amazing and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Rarely giving 5 stars but this place deserves it! Delicious brunch. The sweet and savoury items are all delicious and served very nicely. Outstanding pistachio croissant! Better than all the ones I have tried in Italy! Haha sorry North Italy! Very nice service as well and the queues outside says it all. The best breakfast experience in the lakes!

I went for a walk in search of a decent cup of coffee. This is not the kind of place you randomly stumble on often! The coffee was perfect. Service was super quick despite being packed. The brunch was some of the best I've ever had, as unique as it was tasty. Very, very good

Really fantastic food, some of the best brunch food we’ve had. The salmon on the salmon royale was genuinely the tastiest salmon we’ve eaten. Great hash browns. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of their great menu. Great coffee and they use oatly. Delicious pistachio croissant and abundant cake options. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Service isn’t super speedy but fine as long as you’re not in a rush.
