Excellent customer service. I was able to reach them by phone and communicate via email promptly. I called in from the Toronto area to place an order for a birthday cake for a friend who is new to Windsor. The cake was delivered on time. I am fairly new to Windsor and am very glad I found Cakes Etc. They did a Wonderful job, making a cake that went beyond my expectations in both taste and “decorativeness”. They added all sorts of great decorations even though my reply to their questions re hobbies etc. of the recipient was scant. For what they provided I thought the cost was extremely good.
