This ice cream shop is along Church Street, which is directly across the road as you are exiting from Windsor Castle. It is great to have some ice cream on a chilly day! There are wide varieties of ice cream flavours to choose from, and besides gelato, they also serve crepe, milk shake and coffee. It is a good place for desserts and some drinks!
One of my favourite ice cream parlour in Windsor. Lot of types of flavours of gelato are available here. Everyday new stocks of favourite come. No two days are same 😍. Also, if you have “Advantage card”(special resident card for Windsor residents), you can ask for one plus one(one scoop free with one scoop/ sometimes one cone or cup come free with another, depends upon their mood😉).
But if you are in Windsor, it’s a must visit ice cream shop. It’s located just in front of the Windsor Castle, so very easy to locate. They have sitting options too if you want to enjoy by sitting in outside area of shop. Stuffs are very polite and helpful.
Recently they have increased price a little bit, but trust me it’s worth.

Brilliant little ice cream parlour tucked down a side street but Windsor Castle. The Girls serving at the time were so helpful. I have a nut allergy and they were so accommodating when I explained if they could watch the scoop and use a fresh bit so there was no cross contamination. I have asked exactly the same thing in other shops and got the opposite response. They were so happy and friendly and it was only an accident that we came across them. The Ice creams weren't cheap but there isn't a price on amazing ice cream with beautiful scenery. It seems a lot of the reviews her are very mixed but the service we received was first class! We only had one scoop each but that was plenty (about £2.50 or £3.50) I can't remember. A true hidden gem and worth a visit!!!!! Thanks so much.

Great spot for icecream in Windsor, right opposite the visitors exit. The staff were very nice and the scoops we got were on the larger side. We got them in the large wafflecones and it all tasted really good. The cream egg ice cream is more vanilla than anything but still ok, the rest were all good. The prices are also very reasonable considering we got multiple scoops each and in large cones. There is also sitting space outside, so it's great for when the weather allows.
The ice cream was nice. The price is fair and the staff were friendly.
Fabulous place, hidden away but in full view of the Henry VIII gateway to the castle. Good quality ice cream, good quality coffee, lovely looking fudge (saved the tasting for the next visit) and a bonus scoop for locals.
Great service. The ice cream was outstanding!! I had candy floss and my daughter strawberry. We both said it was the best ice cream we’d ever eaten. Will certainly be back
