The Shaan is always on our 'eat out' list when in Witney. The food is excellent and the staff will do their best to help if you have any special requirements.
Sunday's fixed price menu is great value.

My first time at any Witney curry house.the staff are super friendly, even stepped up to my best curry challenge. must be smooth, spicy, textured, look amazing and unforgettable flavour. They smashed it. Even gave us extra chocolate!! Dropped one point for no indian background music for atmosphere.

Walked in on a Wednesday night without pre booking (5 people) Staff were very accommodating. food was excellent we all had different dishes and each one was really good including a vegetarian dish.
Staff very attentive and polite. A great evening, will definitely be returning!

By a mile, the best in Witney and the surrounding areas! Staff are great and it's always buzzing in there. Personal favourites: Tandoori lamb chops and if you like it spicy, try the chicken tikka naga! The Sunday banquet is ridiculously good value. Starter, main, side and a rice or naan. £13.50!

Came here (Monday 5th) for my Birthday meal whilst on Holiday and had an excellent time. Staff were great, very friendly and catered to our needs with no bother. Food absolutely gorgeous, we all enjoyed what we had and if we lived closer we'd definitely be back more often. We were sat near the back and it was nice and quiet for us, there were several other people sat in the restaurant, but not in close proximity, however I imagine if it was a weekend, it would have been a lot busier, but I can definitely recommend in the week if you prefer a more quiet atmosphere. Food portion sizes were great, a lot bigger than other restaurants, the very yummy onion bhaji starter came with 3 each, my mum and Step Dad shared the Thaal Vegetarian starter which was very good value for money and also very tasty. Overall, highly recommend, thanks for having us.

Went as a couple for the first time this evening and was blown away by the delicious food, incredibly kind and welcoming staff who provided nothing short of exceptional and personable service. Grateful to have found our new go-to spot in West Oxfordshire. We will be back!

Booked a table of 16 for my 25 years service at Siemens. Raj and his team excelled again excellent food and service as usual. Dealing with 16 orders all the food came out pretty much all together. They made chilli bhajis as a special request.
