I dont understand these 1 star reviews. I have never had such satisfying chinese as this, we get it regularly, me and my husband agree it is on par if not better than a lot of chinese places in london. We love our black bean variations, salt and chilli fried chicken and smoked chicken shreds. Really good portions too and always consistant.
The ONLY Chinese take away I would use in the Guildford area. Cannot understand negative reviews, this place is the best take out Chinese within 20 minutes drive. There are better out there, but for Guildford/Woking areas, this is the place for me

We order often and never been let down. Tasty and piping hot food at great price. If you not local and just passing by, building doesn't do justice. They concentrate all effort on the food! Well done guys....

Their salt & pepper ribs are seriously the best around, and they are always happy to add extra garlic and chilli.
Haven't had something from here I haven't enjoyed, delivery is pretty quick even when they are busy - which is quite often actually! Phone ringing constantly when I last collected, and I can easily see why; difficult to find even a single fault with this place and I'd struggle to be willing to part with my queen's finest pounds for any other Chinese in Woking.
I’ve tried most Chinese takeaways in woking and guildford and apart from the Beijing which is ridiculously expensive, the New Golden House is a class above the rest, I’ve now been using this place for 4 years and will never choose to order from anywhere else!!
The food was absolutely delicious and it was delivered in good time. I could eat that meal all over again! The portions were a good size and not mean. We will be using them again in the future!
First time ordering from here. The food was hot and steaming even when i got it home, portions were very generous and the chicken satay was delicious.
Since moving to the area, there isn’t a decent take away. I then found this place and it’s my favourite! The only down fall is that they could add more sauce to their Chinese curry, as it can be very dry with rice. But apart from that it’s amazing.
