Just called in for the most delicious meal, after driving around for ages trying to find a pub open for food on New Year's Day, we thought we would try this one, and my word what an amazing surprise, people are lovely, and food was absolutely delicious, we both had a steak, one cooked blue and one cooked medium well, both cooked to perfection!! They have to be one of the best steaks we have had! Had a ferro Roche cake and it has to be the best cake I've ever tasted ! Cannot fault it ! Utterly gorgeous food!
Just called into the Bay Horse today, with our two special needs boys.staff were really friendly, food was lovely. I'd recommend to anyone, we will be back. Keaton even got a free ice-cream, thanks again x
We called in with a minibus of friends on a birthday party pub crawl - staff were amazing - service outstanding and we were treated so well....our friends are from the Consett and Hexham area and all commented how lucky we are to have such a lovely pub on our doorstep - thanks to you all xxx
