We had much fun with the waitress until we understood that there is no alcohol to get in the restaurant and decided for the super delicious Mango Lassi.
Which brings me to the food: if I have the time, I will be back every time I am in MK. Warm and freshly backed Naan with a very tasty Chicken Tikka Masala. Awesome!
So lucky to find this place. I struggled for months to find outside food in the UK that matches what my Punjabi inlaws have at home and they absolutely LOVED the food here. Very tasty and authentic and good value. Will 100% be back!
We were on a business trip in Milton Keynes, for dinner we wanted Indian food, we googled and decided to try Namji. The 3 of us are very happy with our decision, the menu has many options for vegan, vegetarian and non-vegetarians. We tried different starters and main dishes…all of them very tasty,! The service was perfect, very polite and patient with us! They do not sell alcohol but they accept you bring your own beer from the Premier next door.
First time trying and I can literally say 9.5/10. As a non-Asian loved the flavours together. I had Adi’s Chicken Mathani with Rice and Naan. Delivery arrived on time and food was hot which is great! I will definitely order again.
Two personal downsides, food was oily than expected but as it’s not an everyday thing to me, I enjoyed it. Second was replies of the owner to lowest comments. Not everyone may enjoy the food. I believe as a business owner we should be polite to customers.
I stopped here for some dinner with colleagues on the way back from a business trip. The lady who served us was extremely friendly and helpful. All of the food we ordered was delicious and the portion sizes were good. I had the large mixed grill, which I have to say was probably the best mixed grill I've had from an Indian restaurant. They don't serve alcohol on here which wasn't an issue for us, but we were informed we could bring our own if we wanted.
Found this place while searching for an Indian/Pakistani restaurant in Wolverton. While the food took a little while to arrive (as it was very busy) it was well worth it, as it was all delicious. Would definitely come here again!

Really fantastic little Indian restaurant. The food all seemed very authentic and freshly cooked. Huge menu with lots of different options including vegetarian and vegan options. Lots of special and unusual dishes outside of the traditional fayre. The restaurant is unlicensed but they are happy for you to bring your own alcohol or purchase from the convenience store next door.
As still as good as ever. No complaints. Visited today with some friends. The food is always fantastic here and the service is excellent. Thanks Namji Wolverton, Naseem, Malik, Adi and all the team.
The restaurant is basic in decor, but that's the only minor negative.
The food was fresh and delicious. Everything prepared and made to order. Dishes are altered to your needs/taste.
The owner is just wonderful. She is quite possibly the nicest person I have ever been served by. She couldn't do anymore for us. She was genuinely happy to have our custom.
This place is a gem and well worth a visit.
