I have enjoyed the excellent food at the Royal Bengal since the year it opened. The food is outstanding and the service is consistently excellent with plenty of sound advice. I particularly love that they have the environment right so I don't smell of the curry unlike other town centre curry-houses. The recent changes have resulted in an attractive room and a fabulously diverse menu with some unique dishes. Very well done Ash and family

Wow what a fantastic meal! The staff are super friendly, and very attentive! We had a really good conversation about our tastes and preferences and were recommended dishes we wouldn’t usually try & the dishes were amazing! Really felt they cater to you as individuals and cook accordingly! Definitely recommend, we booked ahead! It was busy with both restaurant orders and customers collecting!

We order takeaway from this place. Absolutely the best place to get Indian in Woodbridge. Each dish is delicious and there are a variety of different specialities, of which we struggle to choose from each time as they all look really tasty and are always happy with what we previously ordered!
I haven't dined in the restaurant, however whenever speaking to the staff on the phone and when delivering, they're extremely pleasant and polite.

Went to the Royal Bengal on an impromptu work meal. The decor and setting is nothing to write home about but the food was excellent, good value and the staff very attentive. My only criticism was that the choice of alcohol wasn’t as wide ranging as other restaurants we go to. We will however definitely be going back though - four stars.
Really tasty food, good service, very impressed. The food is a variation on a theme for curry, and all the better for it, highly recommend, book early it gets very popular.
My wife and I visited here on a Thursday evening & were pleased to find it bustling with atmosphere & still providing a great spot for a date night.
After delaying our mains at our request following our poppadoms we had a chicken Dansak and Makhani. The Dansak is a particular favourite of mine and this may have been the best version of it I have eaten - the sauce was delicious and the chicken on both dishes was cooked perfectly. The Makhani was new to both of us and we agreed that it could become a new favourite. A great balance between a hot and flavorful curry.
We accompanied these with vegetable rice, garlic naan & a bhindi masala - all again were beautifully made.
One of the best curries we’ve eaten
It is a real treat to find an Indian restaurant with real Indian food from other parts of India (Goa). The food was simply stunning and the service was very attentive. Being a Friday, the restaurant was busy and therefore quite noisy, but otherwise a very enjoyable experience. This was our second visit and will no doubt visit again when we're in the area.

First class Indian restaurant in Woodbridge. So much more than a traditional Indian with really varied and interesting items on the menu. Not cheap but great quality
