Mr.sub

I go to Mr. Sub very frequently, this location included. The food itself at this location is fine, the lettuce is not always very fresh but it does the job, the big issue I had was with the elderly lady behind the counter and her attitude towards customers. I went in to ask for napkins, and although I wasn't buying anything this time I come here ALL THE TIME. She very rudely informed me that napkins were for customers, I tried telling her that I come here all the time but she was already walking away and went on her phone ignoring me. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've noticed her attitude towards customers; I can honestly say she's never been kind to me or anyone else I've seen at this location. I hate to write a business a bad review but her attitude towards myself and others is unacceptable. Although I have no issue with any of the other workers, she alone has stopped me from going back to this location.

I was having my lunch last Friday in this place and delivery guy showed up I think he was from skip the dishes because I saw he had a bag anyhow he went to cashier and he gave the order number to pick up the delivery in that time there was an older woman behind the cashier she asked his phone to confirm his delivery he told him that his phone was in the car but he already had enough proof to get the delivery bag, order number etc. then the delivery guy went back to his car to get his phone to show her. In summary this restaurants workers are kinda rude because I used to work as a delivery guy and I understood this guy over there, these guys has to be fast they really racing with time and she just hold him and waste his time to get proof that he already had

Not good place.. specially this outlet. For a vegetarian person it is important to have a sub with enough of veggies. It's really disappointing when a person making sub says that ni we can nit put enough veggies because it falls out if sub. When we asked to give us extra olives in side she gave us just few rings of olives and said that I have ti charge extra if u want more...!!!! There is ni meat in the sub and for just few extra veggies veggies they express this rudeness!!!

The meatball sub I had was passable, although I can’t get past the fact that the sauce on my sub looked like ketchup. I also don’t agree with the one-coupon-per-transaction policy. You’ll bring in business if everyone can get their food for a bit cheaper. Also, the sandwiches were pretty expensive at just under ten dollars.
