It is a shame that the ownership changed, what was easily the best pizza in town due to it's moist topping and fluffy yet crispy deep pan base has been replaced by what I can only describe as bottom of the barrel kebab shop pizza. Toppings are still tasty so there is hope. Chef, if you are reading this please Please work on your pizza base!

Will not order from here ever again. Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for food before we had to drive to the restaurant ourselves to pick it up. Why did we pick it up? Because we rang over 60 times and no answer, awful service.

Been going to them for years, never had any problems until the last couple of orders where the pizza's had the wrong ingredients on them. The garlic bread was awful and when I rang to speak to the own it wasn't the original owner but was told he was. Thought it was a bit odd....to later find out the bloke running it was not from the area at all and was just temporarily there, so now it makes sense that the food wasn't up to scratch and to be lied too as well just make the experience not great and feel mugged off! What else are they not doing by the book?

The pizzas and food at Favourite Pizza are so delicious and great value for money especially on family deals as I ordered that a couple of times. The customer service was on point and super fast delivery. Brilliant highly recommend!

What an absolute joke of a delivery service can safely say I will NEVER return or use this pizza place ever again after the shocking and disgraceful customer service I received from here last night,
Ordered the super deal and let's just say all 3 pizzas had barely any topping, the garlic bread was drier than the Sahara desert and the coleslaw WAS MISSING, phoned the restaurant back and was hung up on 5 TIMES before eventually getting a refund

They don't even deserve a star ordered a pizza last night and couldn't get down to get it as car wouldn't start and was going to send a stone cold pizza 45 minutes later and now there refusing to give us our money back we have to pay a extra 12 pound on top avoid at all costs !!!!

Ordered a gluten free pizza. The pizza arrived within 20 minutes of ordering which was both unexpected but impressive. However the gluten free base was one of the worst I've tasted. It lacked flavour and felt like I was eating cardboard. Wont be returning.

Best pizza ever!
We live across the other side of the county but any time we’re in Worthing, we actually arrange the trip to pick up some BOGOF pizza and we make sure there’s enough to pop in the freezer. It defrosts perfectly and 8 mins in the oven heats it back up wonderfully without any soggy bases!
