Great place. Always accommodating and our waitress Isobelle was brilliant with there being 10 of us arriving quite late for a breakfast. Food was lovely. Everyone enjoyed it.

Sat in beer garden for a drink in the sun, we tried to order food at 12pm but they didn't take orders until 12:30pm so we left before food service.

Food was really good, it took a long time to come. We were told the ordering system wasn't working, but not told this would affect how long food would take & there wasn't many table in. But the food was really good so will definitely be going back

Can't really fault The Keys for food and drink. It is not A la Carte, but what you get each time is a really tasty meal with lovely brown chips to die for. I have had both lunch and dinner here with no complaints at all and for Yarm, prices are pretty reasonable. There is an added bonus of a lovely outdoor seating area, which is lovely in the summer too.

Absolutely brilliant place to go for breakfast. The staff are great, they make you feel so relaxed and welcome in the incredible well decorated surroundings. My wife always chooses the vegetarian breakfast, which she tells me is very good, and I opt for the large Kays breakfast which has to be one of the nicest I've had.
All in all, it's an outstanding place.

Love the food and atmosphere here but again such a long wait and having to ask more than once how long it would be. Staff very friendly and one girl especially extremely helpful. We booked 2 hours prior to going to theatre and had to rush with 2 minutes to spare getting there. Hence 4 not 5 stars. We will be back though as apart from slow service can't fault it.
