Marshall's

Have been to this place multiple times and keep going back. We love the quirky menu and the options from across the world. Being vegetarians the extensive veggie menu of parmos is a delight. The drinks menu details the various cocktails and their ingredients and how they originated. For FRIENDS fans, they have a joey tribbiani drink too ;). The staff are super friendly and great at make sure your needs are met Overall a lovely place fora good meal and spend time with friends and family

Been here a few times now, always as a group, and last night was the first time we've had problems. The main one was that the food was really slow to arrive. Having got there at 7.30 the mains didn't show up until 8.45. One of the party had to leave at 9 so he had to race his food down and dash off. There were a couple of minor mix ups with the chips, missing slaws etc and a "portion size" issue with the scampi. All resolved (other than the slow arrival of the food) and at the end of the night we were given money off the bill, so at least the faults were recognised and we were happy with the discount. On the other side of the coin, the food was all absolutely delicious, as always, the serving staff were great and we had a really good evening. We won't let a "one-off" issue put us off Marshall's.

After getting confused with the menu, we ordered what we thought was an English breakfast with sausage and egg. When it arrived it didn’t look like a breakfast but a traditional dish from Teeside called parmo which I have never heard of before and really didn’t fancy. The chef Tobi was very understanding as it clearly wasn’t what I expected and refunded me for my mistake.
