In York for work. Tuesday night, nice and quiet. Booked in but didn't need to. Food, service, and value all above and beyond the expected nowadays! Really very good!

The rib eye steak was delicious, medium rare better, the service was so warmly, and the liqueur was amazing!! Even the gift chocolate was delicious!! Love it!!

Amazing steak, was all cooked perfectly to order. Sides were also good, chips and vegetables were included with the fillet steak and a peppercorn sauce. House red was a nice malbec.

Found this lovely little place within a 2 minute walk of our hotel. We didn't book but managed to get a table.
Service was friendly, and the venue is a lovely looking place and food came out quick. Its not the cheapest of places but if you want to pay for good food it rarely is. The food itself was amazing and if we were every in the area again, we would come again.
