Lovely cafe, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Nice menu, with good specials etc. Would recommend. Maybe some of the notes on the blackboard need changing, as the place is no longer 25 years old!

Wonderful staff and food. They went out of their way to accommodate us with our luggage and wheelchair and were ever so friendly. The food was amazing and the view is fantastic

Cafe Concerto is my favourite cafe, has been for years and years. I visit every time I go to York and recommend it to all my friends. The atmosphere is lovely: the walls are plastered in music sheets, and the food is amazing. I always have the tomato soup with a coffee because it's the best soup I've ever tasted, and the coffee is great. They also have a wide selection of other sandwiches and cakes too, which are very nice. The staff are friendly, too, therefore I highly recommend it.

Very tasty lunch and a good selection of tea. Friendly staff and efficient service. Good, relaxed atmosphere and unique décor. Menu has gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options, although the vegan selection was quite limited.
