Had a meal in the pub and went for the guy fawkes steak pie with mash and gravy. It’s was lush. Stacks of tender beef filling, lush grave and lovely pastry which was thin. Absolutely recommend this I am an absolute pie foodie but and you won’t be disappointed. Be hungry!

Booked a spur of the moment trip and stayed at the Guy Fawkes Inn. Lovely room, delicious breakfast and great location. I would highly recommend this place. Next time we visit York we're definitely going to book a table for dinner too.

I'll always remember, remember the night I stayed her - it was such an interestingly cool place. You really feel like you step back in time in both the room and bar on the first floor. You can walk to all the sites of York easily. Highly recommend.
