Lovely bar tucked away in the shambles. Great music, friendly staff and a great atmosphere! Great just of cocktails and all reasonably priced.
Recommended to us. Had never heard it before. Went last night for my 30th birthday and had the most amazing cocktails. Staff very friendly. Can't wait to go back and would 100% recommend
Really friendly awesome atmosphere, comfy and nice place to be in. Food is great and the chef's are even willing to chat about the area. The cocktail I had was amazing, delicious and different. Worth tracking this place down if you are in York, we'll definitely be back here next time we are. Six stars if i could, we had two meals here in one day!
Special shout out to Cassie with that surprise for my girlfriend. There's a large selection of cocktails to fascinate and titillate the tastebuds. Really, really like the vibe of this place on a weekend. We've been more than once. Fantastic new addition to the York bar scene. Looking forward to coming back and grabbing something off their menu.
Nice place, but...Despite the owner's attempt to let me enjoy an espresso that wasn't actually a proper one, I really couldn't drink my cappuccino either, nor could I drink the double espresso ristretto that I was offered as a substitute drink. They should learn the difference between a coffee and an espresso. I like them both, but they are not the same thing.

Lovely hidden spot in York. Incredible food that will blow your mind. It's
cheap despite being so yummy and they have many customisable options for the menu. I would highly recommend the mac and cheese. I loved it so much I went back just for drinks. The first time it was a bit too busy inside so we couldn't sit but the second time a few weeks later we managed to grab a table! I would happily wait outside which is in a nice covered alley away from the weather. The doormen are nice and chatty while you wait. The waiters clearly love being there and are excited to take your order. I'll be back again soon!
Lovely new restaurant/bar. Food on neighbours table looked and smelled amazing. Only open a month and plans for this place sound great. Look forward to returning. Will eat here soon!
Came to York for the weekend and had cocktails here both nights as we really loved it. The cocktails are amazing and we enjoyed how chill it was sitting downstairs. Shout out to Cassie and Lauren for being lovely and so attentive 😊 Will be straight back next time we visit York!
What a great evening we had here, a group of 5 originally just booked in for cocktails but ended up staying for the evening and eating as well. The chef took the trouble to cook some options from the new menu to try and then a selection of mains for us to share, nothing was too much trouble Such a friendly young team who really deserve to make a success of this venture with their friendly manner and enthusiasm about the products they are selling. Came on a local recommedation for our anniversary and we were not disappointed! Great mocktails and cocktails lovely atmosphere very friendly staff with wonderful food and drink recommendations. And an adorable dog to boot! Only downside is we don't live closer!
