Lovely pizza slice, doughnuts & chicken bites but found a curly hair in the pack of sausage rolls, hence 3 stars. Disappointing Greggs. Double check in future.
Food is tasty as with most Gregg's. What makes this one the worst is the unfriendly angry looking staff, one in particular. Zero customer service, I get the impression he doesn't really want to be there. Will give it a miss next time

Can the staff here be trained in customer service? Specifically large not with black beard, never says hello or thank you, so ruder and unpleasant. I'm giving my money and he acts like he is doing me favour!
