Staff always fast and friendly..never had a bad word to say about the Greggs here.
My son and I had a wonderful experience visiting Greggs today Wednesday afternoon. I had been in after a very long time and was looking for something which I had a very long time and was probably discontinued. We were served by Holly who was very kind and patiently listened to me and provided excellent customer service!
Food was great but the service wasn't. The chap behind the till named Liam was so busy messing around with all of the staff in the back that I had basically shout to be served and then they continued to do the same whilst taking, bagging …
Often large queues here, all considered the service is quick and the queue moves fast. Friendly staff here and some good rewards with the Greggs app.
This place has the most friendliest of staff with the biggest most genuine smiles. Seriously, how can you guys manage that with such consistency? I have my own ranking of places in York that are most welcoming - all businesses big or small …
