Ihop

I came here with my boyfriend for my birthday on 6/25 and we got the strawberry and banana French toast along with 2 of the 2x2x2 bacon, eggs and pancakes meal and we substituted the pancakes with the new minion banana pancakes, and all of our food was great, it was all fresh, hot and tasty. we also got the new blue raspberry splasher and wild berry splasher drinks as well as an orange juice, the splasher drinks were awesome too. The staff was very nice and helpful especially our server named Ginger who was very nice and was one of the best servers I’ve ever experienced at an IHOP.

Food was great & the waitress was very nice and attentive. I love the relaxing atmosphere. My favorite from IHOP though has to be the crepes and the French toast. In these pictures I am having the "create your own pancake combo" I got my eggs over hard and got the New York cheesecake pancakes instead of just buttermilk.

The dining area was 90% empty. The greeter refused to seat me at a table. She said there was only one server on duty. I asked if I could be seated, have coffee and wait. She repeated that there was one server on duty. I took it to mean, no. I thanked her and left. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to my meal. Maybe another time and place.....

Service was horrible this morning. Placed an online order for pick up at 11:23 am. Received a pick up time of 11:39 am. The food was not ready until 12:20 pm. Lots of other people waiting for their food as well, and the tables were mostly empty. No explanation was given to myself or any of the other customers who were waiting. The person bringing the orders out from the kitchen showed no sense of urgency and even stopped a few times to chat with waiters/ staff while bringing my order up to the front. All while I had already been waiting 40 mins for my food, and other customers were visibly upset as well. I called after to complain about the long wait, I was told the kitchen was backed up and then put on hold for a manager. Waited on hold but the manager never picked up. Extremely frustrating experience

Sat there for 40 minutes and got nothing!! NOTHING!! My husband and I stopped on the way to our daughter’s graduation and was late to it and still starving. When we got there there were only 2 tables of people. People came after us and received their food and still nothing for us. When I asked if it would be coming out soon the waitress went to the kitchen and they didn’t even start our order!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I don’t suggest anyone go there unless they want to have their time wasted!!!!!!!!!!

It is Mother's Day and my husband was taking our party of 5 to IHOP for breakfast. We were there for a total of an hour and a half before we got our breakfast and when it came out, everything was cold. The butter would not even melt on the pancakes. On top of this, 2 of us had dirty silverware and we had to stop a waitress that was not ours to ask for drinks. We ended up at McDonalds, which is close by so that we could get a hot breakfast.

The hostess messed up and sat us before another table of 2. The manager then came up to us and was extremely rude and assumed we lied about having being there when were just asked if we were only 2. The waitress was extremely nice. But the manager shouldn’t come up to customers and assume and talk to them that way.
