Hardee's

I waited in line for FIFTEEN minutes and /this/ is not what I was willing to wait for. This is just lack of quality control and work ethic. The biscuit was burnt, the “omelet” was basically the size of a silver dollar, and on top of that we had to wait an additional 7minutes for them to remake the other biscuit they completely screwed up. Granted, the manager did disclose that a worker forgot to turn an oven on so they were running behind, but this is still the worst Hardee’s location in the area based on quality, wait time, and overall staff performance.

I just read some other comments! So my experience was similar! I ordered a simple country ham and cheese biscuit and a cup if water! They didn't put the cheese on it! The biscuit wasn't as big and fluffy as they use to be! And wasn't much ham on it either! Sounds like they could use some more training!

Literally just received my order an hour ago and drove all the way to Vass just to find out my order was wrong! First of all, my family went to this Hardee’s yesterday and food and service was outstanding. This was why we wanted to come back today! Ordered three 5 piece tender meals, a grilled chicken sandwich with no bacon or cheese, and two side salads. When I arrived home, one of the 5 piece meals wasn’t in the bag, the grilled chicken had some pink inside PLUS there was a piece of cheese stuck to it like somebody had pulled it off, then the salads had pink and brown lettuce in the greasy bowls and a piece of lettuce HAD SALAD DRESSING ALREADY ON IT LIKE SOMEONE WAS ALREADY EATING IT!!! My three kids were able to eat off of the two tenders meals but my food was nasty...I guess it all depends on who’s working because if that was my restaurant, food like that would not be going out. I took pictures too for my clarity!

The drive thru screen was broke and I read my order and had to ask her to read my order back when I got to window. She had a attitude cause of me asking and then she got my order wrong. After fixing it I pulled up and checked order and they still put wrong order in bag. Had to go back in to get my order.

This was the nastiest burger of my life. I remember the days when Hardee's was top of the line in the fast food world, now it's a pit of shame. This Hardee's is the worst I've been to. Nobody was in line, and we had to be pulled forward to wait for two Frisco burgers. Well, we got our burgers, and they were cold and not toasted. The bread was overly buttered and soggy. It was so disgusting. This burger really got me thinking why in the world I ever give Hardee's the time of day anymore. Never again.

My food was made incorrectly I ASKED FOR A CHICKEN BISCUIT ON A BUN WITH MAYO MY FRIEND ORDERED A SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE BISCUIT I GOT A OLD PIECE OF CHICKEN ON A BURNT BUN WITH NO MAYO MY FRIEND GOT A SAUSAGE AND EGG BISCUIT NO CHEESE AND THE EGG HAD RED DYE FROM THE WRAPPER IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND ILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN 1304 SANDHILLS BLVD ABERDEEN NC
