Dunkin'

I normally buy Dunkin from Maryland rest area but it’s too crowded .. I hence thought of taking an exit , for Dunkin and visited this one. Unfortunately this one was crowded too. And very slow service :( we had sour dough bread egg sandwich and it wasn’t that good. We asked them to toast the bread but it wasn’t toasted at all. They just threw an egg layer and gave it off to us. Coffee was ok too. Very watery . Hash browns were good. Overall an average experience..

I am a regular customer at this dunkin and i order a medium coffee every day. today i decided to order mini bagel bites so in the bag i didn't see any napkins so i was looking for the counter where they keep the napkins and i nicely ask where the counter is, and the indian guy pointed at the napkin station and said "so much drama for a coffee" in a different language. I hope they know that i understood what they were saying because i speak the same language. Idk if i would gonna go the same dd again. smh. so unprofessional. - i am also indian and i wouldn't wanna disrespect a person weather they understand the language or not. it sounded like the napkins were coming out of their paycheck.
