Domino's Pizza

I wish there was an option for no stars but unfortunately there’s not so one star it is. We ordered from them for dinner tonight and our order was marked delivered when it wasn’t. Called the store and spoke to the manager on duty tonight, 12/15/20, was told our payment would be refunded and our order would be remade. We waited an hour for the manager to tell us when we called that the order will not be sent out... WAITED AN HOUR!! Glad my daughter ate dinner other wise she would be starving. Manager told me he had to trust his driver on this because the driver told him he delivered it and he spoke to me. I spoke to know one because I was at work, driver didn’t knock on the door, and the FOOD WAS NOT LEFT AT MY DOOR!! So not only does my fiancé and I have to wait another hour for dinner... someone else got free food because their driver doesn’t know how to follow simple instructions. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK OR RECOMMENDING THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION TO ANYONE!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED

I made an order roughly an hr30-2hrs in advance, stating that we would want to receive our order around 6:45pm (give or take a couple minutes, that just standard with delivery). The pizza never came. At 7:19pm I made a call to the store and asked when the pizza was to be delivered stating that the "Quality Check" was done at 6:26pm. During the phone call, the lady that answered the call stated that the pizza was out for delivery and that it would be only 2min away. Another 40 minutes go by and the pizza finally arrived at between 8pm- 8:05pm. The pizza looked like it had been sitting for a while and was not fresh/hot. Go figure since according to the tracker, the pizza was most likely sitting in/on a pizza warmer for over an hr in time before leaving the store to be delivered.
