The chocolate teapot is a lovely little cafe with the most delicious crayfish sandwiches on granary bread..defo a must try....if you don't like that there's other yummy things on the menu....very reasonably priced....pot of tea in China …

Quaint tearoom in the heart of Aldeburgh - decoration inside was absolutely lovely. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options available - all the food was lovely. Only issue was speed of service; a few meals took longer to arrive than others. Nevertheless, a nice spot to eat.
We came in for brunch and it was absolutely fantastic. The service team were warm and welcoming. The eggs royale was delicious, the best that I have had and beautifully presented. The courtyard is a beautiful spot to sit and have a cocktail.
We visited for a drink after walking on the beach and sat in the rear courtyard and it was a disaster from start to finish, people arrived after us but got a menu, ordered and received their drinks before we managed to order. …
