Rude staff and drinks are consistently wrong. I've had to bring my drinks back numerous of times. They just cannot get a milk chocolate mocha with skim milk correct, nor can they get a simple cold press correct. I specify how much caramel and they either dont stir it in or it's still not the right amount. I have to go out of my way to a better Caribou. Do not go to Caribou off of Bunker Lake Blvd in Andover, MN. Waste of your money. Zero stars.

Unusually slow service. Overpriced food items. All the "sandwiches" had cheese! Yuck. Coffee was reasonable.

A couple drinks were okay, but the rest had a weird banana taste to them. The drinks were a turtle mocha and a caramel high rise, so definitely no banana wanted.

Very rude cashier. Also, when I got my drink they had given it to me without mixing it so all the flavor was on the bottom. It was a nitro with whipped cream so very difficult to mix once it was made. I asked for a water which they denied me due to a "national plastic shortage" (I know is untrue because I also work in a coffee shop). BUT it's caribou so I can't give less than 3 stars considering this was only one bad experience in comparison to the hundreds of good ones I've previously experienced.
