Latina lady was Very very very nice. Gave me 69 pickles and 5 big handfuls of lettuce. She was happy and friendly all 5 times we went through the drive through and gave me happy meal toy without the purchase of a happy meal.

Thank you to the manager (sorry I didn’t get your name) for setting a side the last Mario Toad toy on Saturday April 2nd. I appreciate you taking the time to look for me and holding it for me as I had called around to several McDonalds looking for it with no luck. You made my 3 year old nephew in NYC very happy to complete his entire collection.

I ordered and stayed at the place to pick up food the entire time and never got my food even though they took it off the screen or making and serving. I told them that and they yelled at me and told me they aren’t remaking my food.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and it had so much mayo you can swim in it. Keeping in mind I had to pay 38 cents to add mayo.

Last 5 times I've gone to this location and ordered a large meal I've gotten a medium after paying for a large. Not very hard to get it right. Even if the food was wrong but the right size I would've been happier. Not a one time thing as this keeps happening

Took a long time to respond once we were at the menu board in the drive thru, received the wrong change back, the food was cold, the fries were very cold and chewy. I don't know what happened to McDonald's, the food has gone down hill and with the price increases its just not worth going or even a value of any kind for that matter.

Whoever is managing this place at night is incompetent… morning/daytime crew are awesome… this night crew is a disaster. If there was any other option in Andover that was mildly proficient this business would be empty after lunch
